Social Programme

Please note that if you do not select social function tickets during the registration process (even when included in the registration cost), we may not be able to accommodate your request for tickets on site. We are required to give final numbers in advance of the meeting, and the earlier we are advised the better.  So please check your registration confirmation carefully for your selections, and let the Conference Managers know if changes are required.

Registrar/Trainee Dinner

Friday 3 August, 6.15 - 8.15 pm
Blue Kanu, 16 Church St, Queenstown

Enjoy an evening of healthy, fresh and exotic Asian cuisine - with a pacific influence: Mixing both Pacifica and Asian style, together with blending the two cultures aims to create a style and feel that we call “Polynasia”. The combination of Asian cuisine is recognised as healthy, fresh and exotic, encompassing Pacific influence, along with ancient spices, helping to create the new cultural soul food not seen in this region before.

The Blue Kanu experience isn't just about the food -  the use of colour, light and texture within the restaurant have been blended to give an authentic environment and create a stunning atmosphere. Highlights include some stunning pieces of artwork from Deow with some of his incredible graffiti, Peter Collins from the North island with his beautiful carvings, and Bronc a local Maori artist with his superb flax weaving.

Tickets: Included in Radiology and Radiation Oncology Trainee/Registrar Registrations.  A cash bar applies.
